The Ptujska Klet Winery
The producer of the Pullus line, Ptujska Klet is the oldest winery in Slovenia - its cellars dating to 1239 lie labyrinthine beneath the streets of the city of Ptuj. Its famous wine archive contains the best vintages of the 20th century, including all vintages since 1946. Since Slovenian independence in 1991, the winery has adopted the modern practices of international winemaking, and now produces premium varietal wines and blends from grapes that are hand-harvested from the terraced vineyards around Ptuj.

Made from selected, perfectly ripe grapes, this Pinot Grigio was given cold maceration, ML, lees aging, and 10% barrique maturation.

Tasting Notes
Starting with a delightful rosy-gold hue typical of the grape, this dry wine delivers everything wine lovers expect from Pinot Grigio - and more. The nose offers ripe pear, green melon and floral notes, while the discreet oak and the creamy quality given by lees aging round out the experience. Perfect for pasta, white meat and young cheeses.
