Harvested at 20°F (-8°C), this fully sweet wine is made to please, with a lovely bright golden color and waxy, honeyed aroma. On the palate there is concentrated apricot and honey with a hint of herbs and smoke. It will harmonize beautifully with almond-based desserts.
